Instead of the traditional method of signing documents by hand, for your convenience, we recommend that you sign our contracts and other documents using a secure and easy electronic or mobile signature remotely. For such document signing, we use the Dokobit system.
The Dokobit system allows you to sign up to 5 documents per month for free. You can do this in one of two ways:
With a qualified electronic signature using Smart-ID;
With a mobile signature.

In order to sign documents with Smart-ID, your account level must be Smart-ID Qualified Electronic Signature. You can check this by following these steps:
Open the Smart-ID app;
In the upper left corner of the screen, click on the menu icon;
In the opened window, select User information;
Next to the account level information, it should state Smart-ID qualified electronic signature.
You can easily and conveniently update your Smart-ID account level by following these guidelines.
